Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Whether your athlete is touching a mat for the first time or working toward elite-level power tumbling, our program in Nixa offers the perfect environment for growth. We focus on a safety-first, progression-based approach that allows every student to develop at their own pace. In our 14,000-square-foot facility, athletes train with safety-certified instructors who prioritize solid technique and personal confidence. We believe in celebrating every new skill gained, providing an inclusive space where hard work meets high energy.

Tumbling Class Options

NOVICE TUMBLING

This class is the ideal starting point for young athletes or those brand new to the floor. We focus on building the foundational body awareness and strength needed for successful tumbling. Students will work on essential skills like forward and backward rolls, handstands, and bridges. Our coaches emphasize proper form and safety from day one, ensuring every athlete feels supported as they begin their journey.

BEGINNER TUMBLING

Designed for athletes who have mastered the basics, our Beginner class shifts the focus toward more dynamic floor movements. Students will work on perfecting their cartwheels, round-offs, and bridge kick-overs. We use targeted drills and professional spotting to help athletes build the momentum and coordination required for more advanced skills, all while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING

In our Intermediate sessions, athletes begin to bridge the gap between individual skills and power sequences. The primary focus of this class is the development of the back handspring and connecting movements. We emphasize core strength and explosive power, helping students refine their technique to ensure their tumbling is both powerful and safe as they prepare for advanced levels.

ADVANCED TUMBLING

Our Advanced class is tailored for athletes ready to master elite-level skills and multiple-trick passes. Training focuses on back tucks, layouts, and twisting elements, as well as connecting high-speed sequences. Coaches work closely with each athlete to perfect their form and execution, providing the high-level instruction needed for school cheer tryouts or competitive excellence.
